For serious or complex behavioural issues, always work with a qualified clinical animal behaviourist. The good news: your Canine Insights data makes those sessions significantly more productive because the behaviourist can see patterns across weeks, not just hear your description of one incident.

Most owners notice meaningful patterns within 10–14 days of consistent logging. The insights become noticeably more accurate after 3–4 weeks as the app learns your dog's individual baseline. The key is consistency — even 2 minutes a day makes a significant difference to the quality of insights.

Consistency matters more than perfection. Logging 5–6 days a week gives the app enough data to find reliable patterns. Yes — no contracts, no notice period. Cancel from within the app at any time. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is never deleted when you cancel.

Multiple dog profiles are a Premium feature. Each dog gets their own independent profile, recovery score, pattern insights and recommendations. Patterns for one dog are completely separate from another — the app learns each dog individually.
