What Canine Insights is — and isn't
Canine Insights is an educational tool designed to help dog owners understand their dog's behaviour through pattern tracking. It is not a veterinary service, a clinical behaviour assessment tool, or a substitute for professional advice. The recommendations generated by the app are for general educational purposes only.
If your dog is showing serious, sudden, or severe behavioural changes, or if you have concerns about their health or welfare, please consult a qualified veterinarian or clinical animal behaviourist. Canine Insights cannot and does not replace professional judgement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be 16 or older to use Canine Insights.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free tier of Canine Insights is available at no cost with no time limit. Premium is a paid subscription billed monthly at the current advertised price. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
The Founder Offer (3 months of Premium for £9.99) is a one-time payment. After the three-month period, your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled before the period ends.
Your data
You own your data. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than providing Canine Insights to you. See our privacy policy for full details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Canine Insights in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or that interferes with other users' access to the service. You agree not to attempt to access, modify or disrupt any part of the service's infrastructure.
Intellectual property
The Canine Insights name, logo, design and content are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission. Your dog data belongs to you.
Limitation of liability
Canine Insights is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of the insights generated. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information from the app — including decisions about your dog's care, training or management. Always use your own judgement and consult professionals where appropriate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Canine Insights after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
