What Canine Insights is — and isn't
Canine Insights is an educational tool designed to help dog owners understand their dog's behaviour through pattern tracking. It is not a veterinary service, a clinical behaviour assessment tool, or a substitute for professional advice. If your dog is showing serious or sudden behavioural changes, please consult a qualified vet or clinical animal behaviourist.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be 16 or older to use Canine Insights.
Subscriptions and billing
The Free tier is available at no cost with no time limit. Premium is billed monthly at the current advertised price. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
The Founder Offer (3 months of Premium for £9.99) is a one-time payment. After three months, your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate unless cancelled.
Your data
You own your data. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose other than providing Canine Insights. See our privacy policy for full details.
Limitation of liability
Canine Insights is provided "as is." We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information from the app. Always use your own judgement and consult professionals where appropriate.
